1. Limited Phone Reception: Please be aware that phone reception can be quite spotty in the cove. Embrace the opportunity to disconnect and immerse yourself in the natural surroundings.

2. Cozy Comfort: Rest easy knowing that all of our cabins are equipped with clean bedding and towels, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.

3. Self-Catering: There are no stores in the cove, so we recommend bringing all the food and supplies you'll need for your stay. Enjoy the island experience by being self-sufficient.

4. Island Living: Keep in mind that this is an island, which means some mainland luxuries may not always be available.

5. Respectful Behavior: As a working and residential community, please behave respectfully towards the local residents. Your courteous demeanor is greatly appreciated.

6. Safety First: If you're visiting with small children or dogs, consider bringing life jackets for walks on the boardwalks to ensure their safety.

7. Dog-Friendly Atmosphere: Dogs are more than welcome here, and this is a fantastic place for them to enjoy. However, due to the extra cleaning involved, there is a charge of $50 per dog per night. Please be responsible for cleaning up after your dogs and keep them under control, especially around the chickens and horses that roam the island.
